Return Policy
At PartsDepot.store, we strive for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 30 days of the delivery date. This means we must receive the merchandise back within 30 days of the item being delivered to you.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If a part arrives damaged or incorrect, it is considered a RETURN, and you must notify us within 7 days of delivery. The part must then be returned within 30 days. Our 1-year warranty is not a 1-year return policy.
Return Instructions
- DO NOT send merchandise back without notifying us first.
- DO NOT return the item to the address on the original packaging.
- Contact us for return instructions before shipping the item back.
Return Shipping & Fees
- If you decide you no longer want the item or purchased it in error, you are responsible for return shipping and a 20% restocking fee.
- If the item is defective or we made an error, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return.
- We may request proof/documentation from your mechanic or photographs of the damaged or defective product.
- Returned items must be in the exact condition in which they were received—unaltered, unmodified, and not disassembled.
Shipping & Handling of Returns
- You are responsible for ensuring the item is properly packaged according to the shipping carrier's requirements.
- Do not refuse the package or return to sender, as the return address is different from the package origin. Doing so will delay your return and result in additional shipping charges.
Incorrect Items Received
- If you receive an item different from what you ordered and contact us within 30 days, we will ship a replacement at our expense and refund the return shipping cost once processed.
- If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a full refund upon return processing.
- Refunds and warranties cover parts only, not labor.
Damaged Shipments
- If your package is damaged upon arrival, you must contact us within 7 days.
- We require photographs of the damaged part and packaging to file a damage claim with the carrier.
Refund Processing
- Returns are processed in the order received.
- Once received, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days.
- Please check with your credit card issuer for the exact refund timing.
Order Cancellations
- Cancellation requests made after 2 hours of placing an order are subject to a 20% restocking fee upon return/refund.
- If a cancellation request is unsuccessful and the part ships, you must follow the standard return process.
- If you attempted to cancel but the order shipped, you are required to return the item to the provided return address for a refund.

Important Notes on Returns
- If a package arrives damaged, you must contact us within 7 days. Failure to do so may prevent us from filing a claim and replacing or refunding the item.
- Items must be in resellable condition unless they are defective. They must be in their original packaging, including all accessories (mounting hardware, instruction sheets, etc.).
- If your return does not qualify for a refund, we will notify you via email. You will have 30 days to arrange for the item to be returned at your expense. If arrangements are not made within this timeframe, we may dispose of the item at our discretion.
- Do not refuse a package or return to sender for a refund, as this will significantly delay processing and result in additional shipping charges plus the restocking fee.
